Clay Pottery
I started working with clay about five years ago at Lowe Mill in Huntsville, AL. I began with a class on making pendants and earrings, and then I progressed into making ornaments and bowls. I love working with these items… although they all may not be perfect, each is individually and handmade by me!! Many people do not know the process of creating items with clay, but it involves the molding, the firing, the sanding, the glazing (the painting), and the final firing. THAT is why pottery items are more expensive!!
I have several small jewelry items that vary in size, shape, pattern and color. With these, I have made earrings and pendants. I also have a ton of ornaments… many of these are Christmas-based, but I also have college-themed items, Halloween shots, and much more.
